Refund policy

8.6 Return & Exchange Procedure
 
To initiate a return or exchange:
1.Contact our Customer Support Office via phone or email.
2.Provide your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
3.Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for returning the item.
4.Customers are responsible for returning the product to our designated location unless otherwise stated.
5.Once the item is inspected and approved, Sealy Supply will issue an exchange, store credit, or refund based on the applicable policy above.
 
 
8.7 Management Discretion
 
Sealy Supply reserves the right to make case-by-case exceptions at the sole discretion of management, especially in situations involving:
•Manufacturing issues
•Courier errors
•Special customer circumstances
•Defects or misprints in customized items
 
Any deviation from this policy will be handled internally and will not set a precedent for future transactions.
 
 
8.8 Compliance with Trinidad & Tobago Retail Standards
 
This policy has been prepared in accordance with recognized retail practices and local expectations based on the nature of the products we offer. While Trinidad & Tobago does not currently enforce a singular, codified national returns law for retail clothing, this policy aligns with:
•General consumer expectations
•Hygiene and safety norms for apparel
•Fair merchant practices within Trinidad & Tobago
•Reasonable protections for both the business and the customer
